How can we disable balloon tips in the notification area in Windows desktop?

If you have any problem with your windows popup balloon notification which always appear in your windows desktop and notify for the security messages every time when your turn on your machine, so you can disable that popup balloon. 

Today i m here giving you a simple steps to break this balloon but be carefully use if you are going with registry editor.
There are one of two methods where you can disable this balloon.

Through Local Group Policy Editor:
1. press [Win]+[R] key or open run dialog box from start button and write gpedit.msc
2. In the left pane, click on the arrow to expand User Configuration, Administrative Templates, then click on Start Menu and Taskbar. (See screenshot below)

3.In the right pane, right click on Turn off all balloon notifications and click on Edit.

4. To Disable Balloon Notifications 

Select Enabled. Option.

And if you want to Enable this Balloon Notifications again simply
 Select Not Configured or Disabled option.
6. Click on OK.

Through Registry Editor:

1. Press [Win]+[R] or open Run dialog from start button and write regedit.

2. Visit this path step by step.

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced

3. In the right side pan R-click and create a DWORD  or DWORD(32-bit) key.

4. Give it name EnableBalloonTips and sets the value 0 by double click on it.
Now restart your machine and see the effects and if you want to restore you can do this by simply delete this key value but be carefully.
