Set Access Permission in a file, folder, Drive or other resources for the local or remote users in Windows.

Hello friends,
Today I'm going to say you all that how can sets File Access Permission for a particular user or want to set the global permission for all local and remote users. So, even you want to gonna sets the file access permission in your windows operating system then you can also follow some of the few steps and can set access permission and parameters for a particular users either in a local or remote environment.

File Access Permission : File Access Permission is the access permission which provides the security threads under the access security control. where you can control all file system used in your windows. you can apply on the File, Folder, Drive and any of the resources permission for accessing in the local or remote any environment.
you can also allot the permission and authentication like:

  • Read
  • Write
  • Execute
  • Modify
  • Full Access

And much more parameters showing when you will going to use. And also select the Group of Local or Remote Access group. with the local or remote users.
How to Allocate the Access permission for a Local or Remote Users:
1. Go to you allocated Resources(Like: File, Folder, drive, printer etc.) and R-Click over it and select Properties.
2. Select Security Tab.
3. Click on Edit button and authentication to a particular user .
4. Click Add button an another window will be open.
5. Click on Advanced button.
6. Finally to show all users and Groups list available in your windows click on Find Now button and a complete list will show open in the below list box.
7. Select user or group list (Multi-select by pressing Ctrl button) to provide access authentication. and click on OK button.
when you have to select grant users list then you will also sets access permission for the users. so,
How to set the access permission for the specific user or groups.
1.follow 1 to 3 steps of above.
2. Select users/Group and give the authentication (Allow/Deny) for the selected users.
3. Finally when you have to allot permission to the contorl user. click on OK button to finish.
Note: If you want to access set allow permission and going wanna Restriction for the users set Deny Permission.
Set Advanced Access control setting for Authenticaton:
1. Now Follow 1 to 2 step of above
2. Click on Advanced button an another dialog box will be open here you can set the advanced access control Authentication setting for the user/groups.
