How can we make a Write-Protect USB Flash Drive

We can make a write protected our USB Flash drive of our computer, actually this trick can safe or protect your computer from other viruses and Malware which can harm your computer. This is just a registry tweak which can make a little changes in your registry and mark a write protected of your Flash drives.

How we do this registry tweak:
1. Open run by pressing [Win]+[R].
2. write regedit and hit enter.
3. Navigate this following path

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control 

4.  R-Click on Control key and  select New >> Key to create a new key name StorageDevicePolicies.

5. now R-Click on StorageDevicePolicies and select New >> DWORD (32 bit) value, name must be WriteProtect.

6. double click on this value and set the value 1.

Write-protection will have to be enabled in your computer, you can check when you will transfer data to your attached USB devices.
