How to Create a Fan Page in your Facebook Profile.
1.Login in your Facebook Account
2. visit this link http://www.facebook.com/pages/create.php
3.select any one of the theme whatever you like as. and click on that 
4. Select Category in the category list. and put the name of your Fan Page.
5. Now get agree and click on the Get Stated Button.
6. Now your page has been created.
and now you can able to change your page profile like Image, and Other permissions etc. looks the just left side pan and there you can get some of the other links like as Edit Page etc. so there you can change your page profile activity there.
