Disable all System Tray Notification Balloon in Windows Vista and Win-7

Its not a miracle you can just follow some of the few steps in your windows registry and can disable all the windows Notification what appears in your desktop time to times. Actually this is the windows registry process to display the balloon to the user in the System Tray at the just bottom right sight in your computer screen. so now I'm telling that how can be disable these all the notifications.
So Manually Registry Hacking to disable the all Windows system tray notification:
1. Open you registry Editor or press [Win]+[R] for RUN and write regedit.
2. follow this path.

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced

3. R-Click on the right side pane and create a new 32-bit DWORD value and set its name and value as shown
Name: EnableBallonTips
Value : 0
4. you must have to logoff your windows once to see the effect. and then you won't see any popup balloons again.
