How to Enable Default Administrator Account in Window Vista and Windows7

Hey dear all,
        well actually in case of the Windows XP Administrator account is Enable by default but that are not visible in the welcome screen and if you want to enter in main Administrator account then simply press Ctrl+Alt+Del [2 times] and then another box is shown, write the administrator in user name and press enter so that we can logon the admin account.
This is Locked in Next version of windows for the purpose of security bcoz anyone can easily login here and break your computer security bcoz its a hidden main admin account.

but still we can enable  this feature manually in Windows Vista and Windows 7...
 and can show our main Administrator Account on the welcome screen and locked out that by the password bcoz other user can not be access without permission.
Now do few of the steps:
1. R-Click on My computer and select Manage.
2. Now Expend System tools --> Local Users and Groups --> Users.
3. R-Click Administrator Account and select Property. you can also change password from here without asking existing password .. Read this Post or click on the below link

4. Click on General Tab and Unchecked the Acount is Disable looks as in image.

5. now simply press [Win]+[L] key or logoff and you can see that your maid hidden Administrator account is now visible on the Welcome screen.
