How can disable Unwanted Startup Programs of the Windows

Ya now here I am providing one of the easy tweak regarding to manage your Unwanted start-up program which is very useful to minimize the hangup time of your windows.
Well You know some of the background process which is start automatically when the windows start as well together but we break to access them by using some of the System Configuration utility.
so from here you can easily remove unwanted programs and process which is slow down your speed or not necessary to execute on startup.

Press [Win] + [R] key or take the RUN option from the start menu.
Now type msconfig in there and press Enter Key to open up the System Configuration Window. like

In the System Configuration, the Startup tab shows all the programs that are scheduled to start with Windows.
Go on each item, clearing the check box for programs you don’t want to start with Windows startup.like
