How to Disable the Shut down Button from Start Menu...!

hi dear ,
here is a simple trick to disable Shutdown button from the start menu and restrict shutdown a Windows System...!!!!!!

open Registry Editor.......

-> go to run from start menu
-> type regedit
-> go to key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\Explorer

here in the right pane

-> Create a DWord value name "NoClose"
-> Set the value 1
-> now logoff ur system once and see effect.....!!
